Tsukiji and GInza
We decided to go try some very fresh seafood at Tsukiji Fish market. The selling time is about 6am, which also means we cannot make it in time. The place is pretty interesting with very fresh and decent priced seafood. I had a mix seafood meal which cost about $11. We saw many interesting sights like huge fish head, crabs etc.
We took a short walk to Ginza; a place where all the branded goods are. The main streets are closed and people can walk freely. Stores usually do not just have a shop; the retailing outlet usually spans a few levels. I heard there is a huge Sony and a departmental store, but I did not manage to visit as we did not have a long time at Ginza.
There is a very interesting toy store. They were selling a toy which replicates the sound and feeling you get from bursting a bubble wrap. Only in Japan can you get such a product. There was a gadget you wear on a wrist and you can pretend you are playing the air guitar. A few other interesting toys which is worth a look.
We were all looking for winter wear and thus ended up at Zara. Prices were pretty decent and there were more choices I think.
