The dancers are broken into different groups and the whole procession goes in one big circle around the town.The dancers will dance for about 100m and before they stop, they will go into ultra high mode and dance madly before they go rest for a while.

Some event called Awa o dori
One of the very popular festivals in Tokyo, which originated from Shikoku
It was really really crowded.
