Marks a day of change.

I have stopped noting down things about life and all. But today marks a small step for a change and I decided to make a note of it.

Japanese Presentations usually revolve around LOTS of words, diagrams and charts. So much so that it is impossible to see and at times, even when you print it out. Moreover, with so much information on the slides, you can do away with the presentation. So why present in the first place?

This year, I made a presentation so Zen like, it shocked myself even. And my boss and mentors all supported me throughtout. Even when the panel of management level critics came at me. I am grateful and impressed.

This marks a small step to change the working style of my department. A small and necessary step.
