Winter Hokkaido Part 5 - Otaru

After snowboarding, I made my way down to Otaru; which is known for a great scenary. During winter, they have a special lightup.


The weather was very cold and the wind was blowing.




The nice people were giving out free grilled mochi to curb the cold. It tasted good even without any seasoning
